Both give you a clear, written, independent view of how a Family Court would be likely to divide your finances - delivered within six weeks of your financial disclosure being complete, or we’ll refund your fee.
Before you start
- Complete your free SmartJudge assessment in full - it organises the financial picture the expert works from.
- Check your report uses up-to-date valuations (pensions, mortgage balances).
- Note anything you want the opinion to address.
What happens next
A member of our team talks it through with you - which option suits you, and why a completed Form E (the standard financial disclosure form) makes the opinion stronger; SmartJudge can help you fill it in. Your report and Form E are shared with the barrister or judge only with your explicit permission. Once payment and disclosure are complete, your written opinion arrives within six weeks.
