Then, when you’re ready: complete your divorce

With the judge-led opinion as your roadmap, the consent order and all the divorce paperwork are prepared for you and submitted to the court - you pay only the court fee (£628 for the divorce application, as of July 2026). No court appearances, no drawn-out negotiation.

When do I pay?

The assessment is free - you can complete it, download your report and stop there. For a judge-led opinion, payment is taken once your financial disclosure is complete; your written opinion is then guaranteed within six weeks, or we’ll refund your fee.

Why is our service different from cheaper options?

“Fixed fee” divorces advertised at £650 or less typically handle court paperwork only, excluding the financial settlement - the part where most divorces stall and most money is lost. Our route deals with the finances first, through a judge-led view of a fair outcome, so the paperwork that follows is quick and uncontested.
