A CLEAR, FIXED-FEE SERVICE DESIGNED AROUND YOU
Every divorce looks different, so your fee should reflect your situation. Instead of one-size-fits-all pricing, we agree a bespoke fixed fee at the start, and it will not change. A short, no-obligation call with one of our friendly team helps us understand your situation and agree the right level of support for you.
At the heart of our service is clarity. A written opinion from a specialist family law judge shows you how a judge is likely to approach dividing your finances in your situation. This answers many of the vital questions people face at the start of divorce; such as whether they can afford to separate and what may happen to the family home.
Crucially, this clarity is provided for a fixed fee, agreed upfront. Unlike traditional solicitor-led processes that run on open-ended hourly rates and can lead to prolonged back-and-forth, you know the cost from the outset and have a clear, judicially grounded roadmap for moving forward.
You can choose from two options:
Option 1: Judge’s Opinion Package – Bespoke fixed fee
A specialist Family Law judge reviews your financial information and provides a written opinion on what a fair outcome looks like. This gives you clarity, direction, and a realistic starting point before making decisions.
Option 2: Judge’s Opinion + Divorce / Consent Order Package – Fixed Fee + £1,500
This includes the judge’s financial opinion and completes the divorce process for both spouses. Working with Paradigm Family Law, the solicitors prepare the consent order and court paperwork. Using the judge’s opinion, the process is kept smooth and efficient. This option is perfect for those couples ready to finalise their divorce through one solicitor.
The prices include VAT.

WHEN DO I PAY?
Payment is only required once your financial disclosure form is complete. After that, your written opinion is guaranteed within six weeks — or we’ll refund you.
Using the judge’s opinion, If you then decide to proceed to court and complete your divorce, you pay an additional £1,500 directly to Paradigm Family Law to complete your legal divorce/consent order paperwork. This fee package covers both spouses.
WHY IS OUR SERVICE DIFFERENT FROM CHEAPER OPTIONS?
While “fixed fee” divorces advertised at £650 often only handle court paperwork and exclude critical financial and children’s arrangements, our service is comprehensive.
